Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

  • Major Cities (Pakistan): 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on selected products and promotional offers.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most cities in Pakistan. Customers are requested to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email (where available), allowing you to track your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, the order may be returned to us.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order. Ever Wide Private Label Store is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving your package. Kindly provide clear photos of the product and packaging to help us resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping Restrictions

Some remote or hard-to-reach locations may require additional delivery time. We currently ship within Pakistan only, unless otherwise specified.
